Booking Questions

How do I make a booking? Use the search bar on the homepage to enter your destination and travel dates. Once you find a hotel you like, click "Select" to see room options and proceed to checkout.

Can I change or cancel my booking? Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate type. Check the cancellation policy shown on the booking confirmation page before you complete your purchase.

Payments

We accept card payments, PayPal, and crypto via NOWPayments. For eligible orders in the US/Canada, BNPL via Sezzle is available. In GCC countries, Tamara BNPL is supported.

Account & Login

You can sign in or create an accountto view booking history and manage reservations. Bookings made as a guest can be looked up on the Manage Booking page using your booking reference and email.
