HotelsLove provides hotel search and booking services for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use automated scraping tools.

Bookings and Payments

When you complete a booking through HotelsLove, you enter into a direct contract with the hotel or accommodation provider. We act as an intermediary only. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the individual hotel's cancellation policy, which is displayed before you confirm a booking. Non-refundable rates are final once confirmed. For eligible refunds, processing times depend on your payment method.

Limitation of Liability

HotelsLove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
